External harddrives
An external harddrive can be used for backups, transporting data or just to easily expand your storage capacity. DataTaika can deliver external casings made for 1,8", 2,5"or 3,5" hard drives. Connections can be USB 2.0, Firewire, eSata, or a combination of these. It is possible to buy a casing with or without a hard drive.

NAS solutions
Network Attached Storage is a cost-effective way to a large central storage device in your network. Ideal for home use and for businesses. DataTaika recommends the Disk Stations from Synology. These machines use little energy, are very quiet and have space for up to 4 hard drives (depending on the model). They can serve as file-, print-, backup-, web-, survailance and multimidia-server.

Home Theatre
Mediaplayers allow you to watch movies and pictures on your tv set or beamer in the living room and listen to music on your hifi set. Nowadays, these devices are connected to the home network so you can stream files from any computer at home or even from the Internet. DataTaika can deliver a wide range of mediaplayers, from budget players like the Western Digital WD TV Live and Xtreamer to the high-end Popcorn Hour C-200 and HDI Dune BD Prime 3.0.
